Craft sushi plus a variety of Plant Guru options on the menu! (I would Karate chop a kitten for their mushroom skewer. Gently obviously). Most days they have an awesome "Happy Hour" menu from 5-7 that has vegan options half price! No gluten no problem! There are separate gluten-free menus for both lunch and dinner. Pro Tip: There's a sauce on one of the items that isn't vegan, but just get it on the side.
